We understand that creating, printing, stamping, and mailing your own checks can take up a lot of your time. This article will guide you on how to get checks into the hands of the right person, in the most hand-off way possible.

Sup keepers, we’ve got big news. Checkeeper has officially partnered with Square! You’ll now be able to upload your Square payroll into Checkeeper to create checks. Pretty neat-o, huh?

Upcoming Holiday Hours
We're so happy to be the ones you come to for all your secure and timely check printing and mailing needs. But every once in a while, the post office closes in observance of a federal holiday, and we unfortunately can't mail checks for you on those days. You're always able to access and manage your Checkeeper account, but we will not be able to offer you that sweet, spicy, same-day mailing you have come to know and love so dearly. Here are all the dates in 2021 on which our offices will be closed: Indigenous Peoples' Day: Monday, Oct. 11Veterans Day: Thursday, Nov. 11Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov. 25"But please! It's an emergency!"You can always submit your checks for USPS Priority or UPS Next Day mailing the day before or the day after a federal holiday to ensure timely delivery. Checkeeper Closed Monday, October 11th
Both Checkeeper and the US Postal Service will be closed on Monday, October 11th, in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day. You'll still be able to access your Checkeeper account, but any checks submitted for fulfillment on this day will not be printed or mailed until the following business day. Please submit checks by Friday 4pm EST, or they will be mailed as usual on Tuesday, October 12th. Thank you!
New USPS Mailing Delays
A recent prediction model (site this) has estimated that only 13% of the country will see a one day increase [to USPS First Class mail] and less than 1% will see a two day increase.
USPS First Class mail and changes to delivery time
Postmaster General Louis DeJoy has proposed a 10-year plan to revamp the United States Postal Service. The ultimate goal? Maximize consistency in delivery schedules while decreasing costs. How will this affect your mail? Well, it probably won't. These new changes will add 1-2 days to the delivery time for long distance First Class mail. If I mailed a check to San Francisco from Greenville, South Carolina it would take 5 days. Why? Air transportation will be reduced in half to shift the focus for on-land travel.
