Inside the Checkeeper dashboard, 'Mail Settings' is located along the left margin. Clicking 'Mail Settings' will prompt you to input all the information needed to get your checks mailed by Checkeeper.
The top line lists your credit balance. Don’t have enough credits for mailing services? Click 'Purchase Credits' to buy enough credits to cover your mailing order. One credit pays for the mailing of one check through standard USPS First-Class mail. Purchase credits in quantities of 10, 20, 50, 100, or 500 at a time. If you're uncertain about the amount you'll need for the size and desired delivery speed of your order, use the estimator at the bottom of the page to guide you.
Your company’s business name and address appear here. Double-check to make sure everything appears accurately and how you want the information to be displayed on your check. Add your logo, if desired.
Input the appropriate routing and account numbers for the checking account you want to use. Checkeeper does not touch your funds or move your money; account and routing numbers appear exactly as you input them, formatted automatically for you in the MICR-encoded font that bank computers require.
Draw or type your signature that can be printed on your check.
Checkeeper offers the option of adding instructions for voiding a check. If you want your check voided after a certain number of days, select the void time frame.
