Click ‘Settings’ along the left-side navigation bar
Select ‘Business’ along the top
Input new address and/or business information
Click ‘Save Settings’
The new business address will now appear on the check layout selected.
One major convenience of Checkeeper is that you can link as many checking accounts as you need, and you can change them anytime. All Checkeeper checks automatically format the routing and account numbers along the bottom of the check in the MICR-encoded font that bank computers recognize. When you open a new checking account or change banks altogether, you can update the info on your check easily. Select the check layout you want to use, and click ‘Edit Layout.’ Select the Bank Account element from the right-side list of elements, and place the element along the bottom of the check. When prompted, add the routing and account numbers. The numbers input will become the default for checks printed in that check layout.
Make the most of the marketing opportunity that online check printing offers by uploading an image of your color business logo to place on every check your business sends out. If you change the logo's design or colors, or if you want to resize or reposition the logo on the check, Checkeeper makes it easy. Select your check layout of choice, and go to the ‘Images’ tab. Upload from your computer your new logo, and the image will appear in the menu of image options. Drag and drop your new logo onto your check.
Only online check printing allows users to customize professional checks to specifically suit the bookkeeping and payment processing needs. Replace the ‘memo’ on your check with a customer ID or invoice number, or add a new check field to what is already there. Checkeeper offers a full suite of customization options that allow users to add check fields for more streamlined record-keeping. Add your custom fields to only the layouts you choose, and add different ones to checks used for different purposes. Don’t need a custom field any longer? Simply deactivate it, and it will no longer appear on your check. It will remain stored, however, so that you can continue to use it as a search element when you need to locate or research a previous payment. To add a check element:

Select ‘Custom Fields’
Input the title of your new field
Select ‘Add Field’
The new field will appear below among the options. Activate and deactivate the check fields to suit your preferences. Check fields that are deactivated will no longer appear on the check but can still be used as search terms for your online registry.
