3 Reasons Why Your Account May Not be Authorized to Purchase Credits

#1: You're Brand New to Checkeeper

Oh hey! We're happy to have you here. However, there is a 24-hour processing period which must pass before you can begin using features like fulfillment and add-ons. Once you create a Checkeeper account, hang in there for a day, and then you'll be able to purchase all the credits you want. In the meantime, feel free to create however many checks you need and even add them to your registry.

#2: There Aren't Any Checks in Your Registry

For security purposes, you must have at least one check in your registry before you can purchase fulfillment credits. To add a check to your registry, simply navigate to the Registry tab, click "Create New Check," and enter your check information. You can also watch this short video for a step-by-step tutorial.

#3: Fulfillment Services Haven't Been Enabled Yet

If you already have a check in your registry, and you're not new to Checkeeper, but you're still having trouble purchasing fulfillment credits, don't fret. You may just need to enable fulfillment services. To do this, go to your Account tab, and to the right, look for the green button that says "Enable Fulfillment Services." You'll need to enter your bank information and signature once you enable fulfillment services so we can print and mail checks for you.

We're Always Here to Help

If you've followed all these steps, but you're still having problems accessing fulfillment, or you need help with something else, you can contact us at any time at support@checkeeper.com. We are always here to help you make the most out of your Checkeeper account.
