If you haven’t checked in with Checkeeper in a while, you may not know about some of the more recent updates and added features that make online check printing and mailing even easier, faster, and more efficient:

Integration with Patriot Payroll

Checkeeper offers paycheck printing for busy offices, either as a stand-alone, or as an add-on to online payroll services. Checkeeper integrates with some of the most widely-used payroll services, like Gusto and Square, and it now offers Patriot Payroll as an optional add-on. Patriot Payroll users can connect their accounts to get customized paychecks (with pay stubs) printed on demand. Need them mailed, too? Checkeeper can print all your needed payroll checks and have them delivered back to the office via Next-Day Air for prompt, onsite disbursement.

Convert bills to checks with Odoo and Xero

Checkeeper has unveiled an automated bill-to-check conversion option for Odoo and Xero account users who want to add a customized, on-demand check to their payment options. Connect Checkeeper to an existing Odoo or Xero account and import data from unpaid invoices directly into Checkeeper. Checkeeper can then generate checks automatically filled out with the relevant payment data. Payments to the same vendor will be consolidated into a single check with an attached invoice table that breaks down the total—improving both efficiency and accuracy while streamlining the payment process for both sides.

Checkeeper is one of the most user-friendly, easy-to-learn software services you can find. The website contains all the information you need to register for an account, and the in-account Help page provides short visual walkthroughs for many Checkeeper features. When more detailed or elaborate demonstrations are preferred, however, check out Checkeeper on Youtube. Add an approval process
