Checkeeper makes it easy to create and print an individual check whenever and wherever you need one, but Checkeeper also makes it easy to print an entire batch of checks at once for even greater time savings and improved accuracy. Some ways to get started with batch printing:
Checks printed in a batch will all be printed on the same check template. This streamlines the recording process and makes each check less prone to error by keeping all payment data consistently formatted. After selecting the ‘Layouts’ tab along the main navigation bar, choose the check template you want for this particular batch of checks. Select the ‘Make Active’ option. Once you confirm the option, a red icon at the top right of the chosen layout will indicate which check template is ready to go.
Tip: Before printing a large batch of checks, click the ‘Edit’ option on the check template to double-check that it contains all the check elements you need and that they are all positioned the way you want.
You can import your checks quickly by uploading a CSV file containing the pertinent data. If you don’t have one, simply input the needed information—payee names, addresses, amounts, etc.—into the template, and Checkeeper will format the information in accordance with your chosen layout. Checks created will be saved in your online check registry for you to select for batch printing.
Inside your check registry, select the corresponding box for each check you want printed in your batch. Along the top right, locate and select the printer icon to prompt a command to print all your checks. If you preview the documents before printing, you’ll see that each check is formatted automatically in your selected layout, and that your attachments (if applicable) are also formatted identically with each check.

If you’re satisfied, you’re ready to print.
Tip: Remember that each check within the same batch will be formatted in the layout that is activated. If you want a different format for certain checks, exclude them from this batch, and print them in a separate batch afterward with the activated check layout of your preference.
